Great little hotel. We didn’t want to spend too much (means we can come again). The staff were lovely and cleanliness was impeccable. Yes (if I was looking for fault) it could do with a bit of paint in places BUT it was so much cheaper than the other ones. It was immaculate and the towels were beautifully bright white, sheets were beautifully white and plenty of tea and coffee. I would have put 5 star for the room and should as it’s 5 star ‘for the price.’
I would definitely stay again. It was only 20 minutes walk to the theatres and we were only there to sleep.
I’d rather support a little hotel like this than the bigger chains.
Didn’t use conference facilities. So cannot score.

Room was adequate. TV wasn't working and we reported it as soon as we arrived. It was looked at by staff but was not fixed at all during our stay. We were offered a different room but we had already unpacked and were on our way out.

First stay based on central location and rate. Hotel is very well located a short walk from transport links and Covent Garden. Room was a great size with all standard facilities. Communal areas are quite small with bar in particular compact. Overall good value.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again in the future.
