Room was too warm - couldn't find any air conditioning. The shower was very noisy and had little water pressure.
Food fine, staff polite and efficient.
Cannot comment on 'Meeting and Events', 'Spa' or 'Health Club'.

We always stay at the Clarendon when we stay in London, as we love the location and have such fond memories; however, we were disappointed with our room this stay. The nets were ripped in the bathroom, the tv would not work and the room looked shabby, despite the high prices charged.

The staff were very good as was breakfast but the room was looking a little tired (frayed sofas, wallpaper starting to peel, carpet wearing etc) and shower head was broken off of shower - reported to reception on departure who were very apologetic.
