Great location. Comforable (Duvets in all hotels are too thick !). Generous towels and good hot water. Nice selection of hot drinks. Only problem is the position of the kettle;. I think it is potentially dangerous to be lifting a boiling kettle at shoulder height. H & S might consider this.

Room was in the basement and and not clear how to reach the rooms.
Staff was very welcoming and kind, breakfast was good a part from coffee that tasted burnt

The location of the hotel is super, because it is near different underground stations, but you can also walk to Covent Garden or Leicester Square or other interesting places.
