I found the bath awkward; the sliding panels along the open side meant that I could not grip the edge of the bath to help me get up. The handles in the bath itself are too low for that; you need a strong handle attached to the wall above the bath.

Second stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful, food is pretty decent, everything is clean. Beds aren’t the most comfortable, but all in all a great value.

As you enter the hotel, you will always be greeted with a friendly, welcoming smile! The staff at The Grange Bracknell are helpful and professional, but at the same time happy and friendly. Rooms are spacious and everything you will need is ready in place for your stay. The bed is very comfortable. there is always an armchair to relax in, and a large desk. As for the restaurant, each time I stay there, the staff are ready to help, but not overpowering, as is often the case in restaurants. There is a wide range of food and drink, including an easy to use toaster and even a pancake machine!! Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at Bracknell. There is often a special offer for visits to local attractions, especially good for children, as Legoland is nearby. I will always be staying at Bracknell whenever I visit my grandchildren. We arrived late for a family party and a little stressed. Albeit it was 2:40pm we were told the room wouldn't be ready for another half an hour (check in 2pm) due to being busy. We were a little aggravated by this but the reception team found us an alternative room within minutes of which was greatly appreciated. We had upgraded to a suite and have to say it ticked all the boxes for our family, plenty of room, very clean and all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, couldn't fault it. All staff members checked we were ok throughout our stay making our short stop over an absolute pleasure. A great hotel.

Friendly staff and good accommodations overall. Better cleanliness in the toilet would be great, there was a bit of an odor, not sure if it was sewer gas related or just lack of toilet cleanliness.
