Very slow service from bar and room service all the staff are polite room service sandwiches could do with more filling not just in middle of bread, a little extra cream on bathroom clean would be good. Breakfast would have been nice if it was Hot hot.

Hotel it self is nice but when you have to wait 2hrs for a chicken wrap then when it comes its completely wrong. Especially when you order first and people with steak fish and chips get served before you.

My partner and I stayed at the this hotel as we were going to Ascot for the racing. From the minute we arrived to the minute we departed we encountered no problems whatsoever, the staff were always extremely pleasant and polite and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was top notch.
