We stayed in room G002. A strange set up. Large bed in front of a wardrobe set up. Which in fact is a fold down double bed. The size of the bed in front means you can’t open one side of the wardrobe without moving the bed across then blocking the other side. If the folding bed was removed and bedside tables added and new wardrobe next to door. This would be a good sized room. There needs a little attention to the curtain tie backs also but the soft furnishing were very grand. We also suffered no cold water just warm coming out of both taps. The hotel and room was clean and tidy and next to British Museum. 10 mins from Westend. So ideal for our theatre break.
We would return to this hotel just ask for one of the rooms listed pictured in the website in future!

The room, essentially, was very nice BUT only having one working over head stark light was not great. We had to have the bathroom door open to have some semblance of soft light. Really, in these times, the zeitgeist of connectivity, there's really no excuse to not have a decent television and ALL the major
entertainment subscriptions, Netflix and the like. Unless, you're offering some sort of nostalgic experience that predates the internet.
It's a great venue and unsurpassed location so all it needs is a bit of updating. Staff are definitely an asset

Fabulous hotel right in the middle of the train station and the show we was there to see, the room was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. The staff we came in contact with was all friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend and will book again if in that part of London again

Great location and, with a rear of house room this time, a very peaceful night's sleep. Good value, especially as it was during UK schools half term holiday.

The continental breakfast was excellent and the staff at breakfast were very pleasant and efficient. The furniture and soft furnishings in the room were very shabby. Matress too soft. Bedding and towels were good.
