The facilities were great, staff were friendly, professional and spot on. Food was delicious. The only thing would be to make sure hotel guests have availability to the restaurant when you have a private function on, tad disappointed we could have an evening meal in the hotel before we visited the theatre because we then had to dash out to find somewhere to eat. This cut time short for is getting to the theatre on time. If we had known prior to arrival we could have organised our time better so we didn’t have to rush. We will stay again though in the future.

Lovely stay, breakfast was amazing. Our room was very comfortable , but we did have to get our own tea bags for the room. Can I make a suggestion that water is provided or glasses is provided in the room.

The first night I was in Room 6 in the basement which wasn't really satisfactory because there were people constantly walking back and forth overhead from about 6 am on (probably working in the kitchen?). When I asked for a different room, my request was immediately accommodated and I was happy with the rest of my stay.

Comfortable bed in big sized room. Friendly staff from the reception team to the kitchen staff- always wanting to accommodate. Cleaners Cleaned our room, our bed was made and new cups were given every day that we stayed. I enjoyed the bar with the complimentary crisps. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
