I thought this charming hotel was just perfect for what we needed. It was close to the hospital, where we had appointments, and the rooms were so comfy and clean. The extra precautions were excellent. Most of all I found the staff so attentive and kind. I would love to stay again.

Despite always asking for a quite room away from lifts, cleaning cupboards & (if possible) on a high floor
we were given a room on the 1st floor, near the lift, next to a cleaning cupboard with a bus stop right outside our room as we were on the street side of the hotel. Next time please give us a room on the garden side of the hotel.
