Our bedroom window couldnt stay open without being held and so room was very hot.
Staff all lovely, but the check-in process was extremely slow.

Lovely quiet hotel in a very convenient location, very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed at the Blooms years ago and made a reservation at the Blooms but got changed to White Hall. The room was small, but adequate. Our favorite parts of our stay were the location, the restaurant, and especially the staff! Kudos to great service and friendly staff! Elemer was especially accomodating. Thanks!

Really lovely, staff are so friendly and very helpful. Garden is a great secret! Only had breakfast but all the food was fresh and a great selection. Location is brilliant and will definitely stay again.

The ladies on the desk sorted out an extra bed - Prudy & the other lovely lady on with her on 1st Oct. They were so helpful and thrilled they could sort out a twin for our children. Brilliant. Hot food ran out on Sunday but overall, felt really welcome as a family and had a really good stay. Thank you
