Last year I stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and this year asked for a room at the back, which was granted - upgraded too, to an executive suite, which was a lovely surprise. The only problem was the overnight noise of extractor fans below the window - perhaps I was above the kitchens (room 203) - which kept me awake for hours. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay.

Street side room 107 was very noisy and cold, because of the very old windows. TV was no properly working. "Special English bkfast" was charged (hopefully refund) for no reason since the same food was served everyday. The bathroom was too old. Well, a big effort must be done to make this hotel to be upgraded.
