The staff are excellent, and it's a lovely hotel.
The only thing I would say is the breakfast is very expensive.

My preferred room would have been the Dickens room where you put me on my first visit. This time, in room 101, I was unable to open the window and had to call reception who sent two people immediately. The continental breakfast was excellent. On checking out I needed directions to another hotel and your receptionist (Ma?????) was good enough to print directions. Thank you.

The Grange Hotels are always my first choice. The Grange Blooms is lovely, the room was excellent and the staff both in the Blooms and at The Whitehall are excellent. I will definitely be stopping again.
