I cannot say enough about the warmth with which we were welcomed! We were tired and came early not expecting anything more than a bag drop. The staff had tremendous empathy and prepared our room early. The room was spotless! Such great attention to detail in the amenities with a fantastic bed and great quality, crisp white linens. For the high quality we experienced this property is EXCELLENT value for money even in our currency. I can’t wait to go back.

Lovely hotel close to train and bus, room clean and comfortable. Plenty places nearby to eat. Only fault was no air conditioning and we were there in warm weather. Fan supplied and window could be opened but room very hot. Overall would recommend this hotel after all it’s not often hot in the UK.

Nothing to add to the ratings. A really nice, well located small hotel with a really good service level, big and quiet rooms, nice breakfast. We really enjoyed the stay. Totaly different from the big hotels i'm used to but for a 1 week stay, i 100% prefer.
