Never before but would come again but prefer not in the basement! It was kind of your reception to arrange an early check in but the basement was cold and damp and the bedside light wasn’t working, the electric oil storage heater didn’t work and the tv didn’t work, but the staff were excellent

After reading some reviews we were a little concerned but were met by friendly staff who took our overnight bag and checked us in as we were spending the day in London before seeing an evening show. Reception was open late so we picked up our key and were extremely pleased with our large clean room. The breakfast room is small but we arrived before the crowds and got a table right away. Overall had a lovely time.

A great hotel, in a fantastic yet quiet location., with warm friendly and helpful staff. Some facilities in room need upgrade like the curtains and bath, also mattresses. But overall a thoroughly delightful experience. Will recommend to family and friends.
