The staff were fantastic and the room very pleasant and well equipped. Breakfast was superb. I would like linen napkins to make it perfect but really very fine.

Central location is great but the room was smaller than expected. Neither myself or my partner could entirely fit in the bed... feet / legs hanging out of the bottom! The shower head needed a good scrub too. The air-con was also very noisy.
That being said, the staff were marvellous and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were both very good with a great selection of (slightly overpriced) wine.
We stayed here as I had won a prize through my work which covered the vast majority of the cost but I wouldn’t pay the prices myself.

I expected to be able to reserve a room on your web site in less than 15 minutes. The site was not functioning properly and I ended up spending hours wresting first with the web site and then with staff at central reservations and the hotel. Meanwhile the quoted price increased. It was a very disappointing experience and had I not stayed there before, I may have given up.

Loved our stay and the room we had was excellent - very quiet.
This was our second time here and this stay was better than the first.
We have also used another hotel in the Grange range but this is the best. Location good also.
