Although the room this time was smaller than usual (and the floor on a slant), it was very cosy and comfortable with everything you need. Staff, as always, were great.

It was my 3rd time in your hotel. There was a small problem with the room. but the staff quickly solved the problem , got a new room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the hotel Location and comfort.

The air conditioning in the room was faulty so the room was Ivey when we arrived and we couldn't turn it off. Fortunately the staff were able to do this centrally and the room eventually warmed up.
We were thrilled that the staff have retrieved some property we inadvertently left in the room.
