Nice hotel and a big room. In general the continental break fast must be more extended. It was quite basic.
The facilities were ok but the general management has to consider a renovation of the hotel. Carpet, curtains, painting need an update to hold the standard for a 4* hotel. Also an update of the lounge is necessary even as the bar and restaurant facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The receptionist we met on our first day was very helpful and friendly. Though both rooms were not twin-beds but on the same floor as we requested. Rooms were cleaned, necessities and various tea bags were refilled daily. Good location, no. 14 bus stop is just on the other side of the road. British Museum is a street away and tube stations "Russel Square" & "Holborn" are within minutes walking distance. We like our rooms on 3/F. Surely will come back next time when we visit London.

We stayed here for a girls night/ weekend.As it was a surprise for the birthday girl the staff were very helpful & friendly as they found us somewhere to hide till the birthday girl turned up to surprise her.They also left a note & bowl of fruit in the room.

Hotel was warm, clean and great location. A little tired, basic but good sized rooms, our TV didn't work, and plugs were limited, furniture was a bit dated.

First time stay, great hotel, friendly staff. Our room was directly next to the lift which was a tad noisy in the morning but didn’t take away from the great experience
