Never stayed before found you through Groupon it was very good value for London close Theatres would stay again only marked down as basement room which was very hot but only stayed 1 night and no doubt paid less through Groupon. Overall happy with stay staff very friendly and helpful

For the price I would expect just a little more. Why is the hairdryer in a drawer of the desk instead of the bathroom? The bathtub is dangerous to stand in. Our room was not vacuumed every day nor was the bed linen refreshed every day. There were no instructions as to how to communicate our wishes to the staff.

Hotel located close to the British Museum in a quiet street served by buses.
The staff are helpful.
Family room of a decent size, bathroom ditto. Be careful, however, if you are in this room in the basement, you will hear customers walking on the ground floor in the restaurant!
Otherwise, the hotel deserves a little refreshment.
