Our suite was a good size for our family of 5, but the furnishings were shabby. The sofa and arm chairs looked as though they would benefit from a steam clean and the wooden furniture could do with a varnish. This did make the room feel dated. The water was always warm, and the shower powerful. The staff on whole were welcoming, especially the gentleman and one of the blonde ladies at breakfast time - who always had time for small talk and made our youngest son feel at ease. The breakfast was always good, and there was a good selection of things to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay as we wanted to be close to family and also local attractions. Being right in the middle of the new town centre was perfect too. We hope to one day return again.
