The Staff at the hotel handled my visit with courteous good humour and efficiency and extended a warm welcome to support my requests to extend the stay as the delays continued at Heathrow Airport. The manager and reception staff were exceptionally supportive of my visit - a very pleasant hotel visit.

I have not choosen the hotel - My flight was cancelled and was forced to sleep in London. Nevertheless I was happy by the hotel in general. For the food, It was good but French people are always difficult for food.
The reception was very cold : difficult for the staff but also for customers
