We really enjoyed our star over 2 days with my parents. I was so warming and relaxing as well as great staff who are caring and give you 100% detail. The food in the evening was excellent but one slight negative was the breakfast was not too hot even though it was very tasty.

Clean hotel, good wifi, good price
However:
I could hear the neighbor's TV and snoring very clearly, and woke up early in the morning because I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway
The card holder did not work properly, so the power went several times
The staff were very busy packing the breakfast buffet away even though there were 30 minutes left
Every time someone opened a door in the hallway, my door moved so much that I thought someone was coming in with me.
The Gym/Health club was very small, could have used some weights (however, nothing is promised about this on the website)

Please improve coffee and orange juice. Breakfast was very nice but with such a good quality on nearly everything, the breakfast coffee was fairly bad (sorry for the bluntness) as well as the orange juice

We had a very enjoyable evening and I have been getting very good feedback from everyone.
Please send a big thank you from all of us to the team at the Grange, we felt very comfortable and the food and service was excellent. The photo booth was fun and the casino went down really well and Elton and the Disco worked well together. The party was a great success.
We are having a meeting in the next couple of weeks to decide on functions for the year and I have already had several requests that we come back to you, so I will contact you as soon as possible with dates for Christmas.
