The staff were very good in reception and also during breakfast - very polite, helpful and courteous.
The room was very hot and the bed was not comfortable, mattress had big dent. I have shoulder problems anyway but made worse sleeping on this mattress. The room was not very big but felt it was on a slant, the TV was slanting too.

Booked via an agency, the Grange Blooms hotel provided excellent value for money. Room was for a single person but larger than I expected. Next to lift, so rather noisy in the morning. Breakfast and dining room were excellent Staff uniformly helpful and polite, Hotel in excellent location in Bloomsbury.

We stayed here at Christmas and returned for Easter. This time, we received a warm welcome at reception. We loved sitting in the garden (the weather was great) but were disappointed to be unable to sit in the garden late in the evening. We would have liked to have been able to purchase light snacks such as crisps in the evening. The continental breakfast was OK, but there was no decaffeinated tea nor any fresh bread rolls.

Stayed for two nights and would happily return. Hotel on quiet road by British museum, room was comfortable and clean and also had a bath which was nice. Breakfast was a real bonus as most London hotels are room only. Staff were excellent and always helpful.

The proximity to the British Museum and a Russell Square, plus convenience to tube stations made this an excellent choice. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable and overall excellent value for money. My only complaint was machine noise in the hallway at night making it a bit hard to get to sleep. But trivial in the grand scheme of things. I will absolutely choose this hotel again in my next trip! Thank you.
