Whilst the hotel could do with some attention here and there we always stay here when we visit London. It has a great location, the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a great little bar where you can get bar food as well as a restaurant. The English and continental breakfasts are very good. We took an executive room which was very good. Thankyou.

Booked via Secret Escapes for one night as room discounted . Excellent location within easy walking distance of new Elizabeth line. Had large and spotlessly clean room on third floor overlooking garden. Bed very comfortable, no noise and slept very well. Room cool ( could turn radiators up) and windows would open- usually hotel rooms are very hot so this was great and facilitated a good sleep. Furnishings and fittings in room and bathroom tired and worn but clean and fit for use. Lovely breakfast. Wouldn't pay full price but would come again if offer on room tariff.

Close to Russell Square tube. Quiet area at night pleasant staff. Nice breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant as dinner is from 6:30 and we were going to the theatre. Would stay again.
