Great hotel situated just off of Russell Square. Ideal location, hotel was very good adhering to Covid rules. Room was dated ( but the hotel has character), but clean. Food was table service and good value. Staff very attentive. All in all a great stay.

Nice hotel. The first room they gave us was not very nice: underground and below the kitchen. Constant noise and the view was depressing. We asked the staff if a change was possible and they agreed immediately. The new room was much quieter and a bit bigger.

Super hôtel in fabulous location. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The garden is a real sanctuary in London. We’ll definitely be staying again.
