Grange White Hall Hotel

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and create a good impression when welcoming you by name. As always, the staff are a credit to you.

I found the reception staff a little rude on my arrival. Not the normal friendly approach. My room was very warm and the floor was on a slant whigh was a lititle odd. Breakfast was very busy with not enough staff to deal with the number of dinners but my breakfast was fabulous.

everything was wonderful! I would only say that it would be great to have had a kettle and perhaps a way of opening the window and locking it so that a little breeze was available but still intruder proof (room 009) And perhaps it was me but the TV only allowed movies - I just wanted to watch tv which I couldnt work out how to do. that would have helped me wind down a little.
