The Grange St. Paul’s offers a thoughtful range of services, which assure our guests of the utmost convenience and comfort during their stay with us.

Accessible Services

Business Centre

Our Business Centre on the First Floor contains a range of business facilities, including PC workstations, colour printers, fax machine and scanner. Photocopying services can also be provided on request. With the exception of guests who have booked our Club Upgrade, access to the Business Centre is subject to a nominal charge. Please contact the hotel reception desk to obtain an access card.


The Concierge desk is open 24-hours to assist you with any additional hotel, sightseeing or travel requirements you may have. Services rendered include luggage storage, tourist recommendations, bookings for theatre shows, provision of local maps and directions, public transport information, and taxi hire.


A same-day laundry and dry cleaning service is available to all our hotel guests from Monday-Sunday. Items handed in before 08:45 will be returned by 19:00 the same evening.

Female friendly facilities

Specially adapted ‘female friendly’ facilities are provided for the added comfort and security of our female guests. Please note that our female friendly services are offered in selected rooms only. Full details can be found on our Female Friendly Rooms page.

Female friendly services are also available at our nearby sister hotel, the Grange City.


A daily newspaper is available for all hotel guests with our compliments This paper is specific to the hotel.  All other daily newspapers or publications can be provided upon request at the appropriate rate. Please note that orders should be placed with Reception in advance. Some publications (mostly international) will require 24hrs notice.

Health Club and Spa

We have a beautiful health club and spa located on the Lower Ground Floor, where you can take a swim, work out or enjoy a range of luxury spa treatments during your stay. For more information, please refer to our Health Club and Spa pages.

Room Service

Room Service is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Our Room Service menu offers main meals as well as light bites and snacks, and can be found in your hotel bedroom.

Toiletries and shaving kits

Complimentary dental kits, shaving kits and sewing kits can be obtained upon request at Reception. A universal mobile phone battery charger is also available if you need to charge your mobile phone.

Club Service

Club Service offers our hotel guests an additional range of privileges during their stay. These include guaranteed 11:00 check-in, late 14:30 check-out and full access to PC, telephone, fax and internet facilities in the Business Centre.

Club Service gives you exclusive access to the Business Centre on the 1st Floor, where you can relax or catch up on work. Unlimited refreshments are served throughout the day, together with complimentary breakfasts, afternoon tea with cakes and biscuits, and evening canapés.
