The Grange St. Paul's Hotel incorporates a number of accessible facilities throughout the hotel, for the comfort and convenience of disabled visitors and hotel guests.

The main entrance to the hotel (located on Godliman Street) is step-free with automatic sliding glass doors. Please note that if you are travelling by car or taxi, the main entrance should be accessed from St. Paul's Churchyard.
The hotel has 22 accessible guest bedrooms, incorporating adapted bathrooms (comprising either a walk-in shower or bath), King-sized beds and wider doorways for easy wheelchair access. All accessible rooms are located in close proximity to lifts, for convenient movement around the hotel.
ACCESSIBLE PUBLIC TOILETS
9 sets of accessible toilets are available for public use. These are located on the Ground Floor, First floor, Seventh floor and conference floors (Lower Ground Floor 1 and Lower Ground Floor 2).
All accessible toilets have been adapted to allow wheelchair access, with vertical and horizontal support rails fitted either side of the toilet. Pull cords are also provided for use in case of emergencies, with the alarm linking to the Duty Manager's office which is attended 24 hours a day.
The hotel has two central lifts that serve all floors. There are also six additional lifts that serve meeting areas and guest bedrooms. Accessible bedrooms are all located within close proximity of lifts for ease of mobility.
Hard of hearing loops are fitted in all public areas in the hotel. Portable induction loops can also be provided in our meeting rooms for guests or delegates with hearing impairments.
The Business Centre, on the First Floor, and the Club Lounge, on the Ground Floor, have both been installed with push-button access and sliding glass doors to provide easy access to business facilities.
ACCESSIBLE MEETING AND EVENTS SERVICES
The main meeting room, the Wren Suite, boasts a 7.9m (L) x 3.6m (W) hydraulic stage with push button technology. A wheelchair ramp can also be provided on request.
Portable induction loops can be provided in all meeting rooms on request. Any additional services required for events e.g. seating arrangements, dietary requirements, special AV equipment can be arranged with the Conference & Event Co-ordinators.
Disabled access washrooms are available on both conference floors - Lower Ground Floor 1 and Lower Ground Floor 2.
The penthouse-level Sky Bar on the Seventh Floor also has disabled washrooms located opposite the bar counter.
Guide dogs and helper dogs are welcome in all bedrooms, restaurants and public areas in the hotel.
