Located on the First Floor, the Orion suite is a versatile events space made up of 4 interconnected meeting rooms. When fully opened up, it has a capacity of 250 people – making it ideal for holding gala dinners or business meetings.

Optional wall partitions enable the Orion to be split into sections A, B, C and D for smaller events. Sections can be used individually or combined as required.

The Orion has fixed pillars, natural daylight and air-conditioning throughout. In-room AV facilities include built-in plasma screens, WIFI and ISDN connectivity. A portable stage and lectern are additionally available for presentations. For dinner dances, a band and DJ can be provided on request.

Disabled access to the Orion is offered via spacious lifts on the Ground Floor. Accessible bathrooms are also conveniently provided on the First Floor for delegates with limited mobility.

The Orion suite may be used in conjunction with the adjoining Perseus suite, to create an L-shaped space with an increased capacity of 400.  First Floor syndicate suites are also available for use as break-out space during large conferences.

Refreshments and catering can be included for all events, or delegates can dine at the in-house Constellations or Koto restaurants. Mouth-watering food options range from informal buffet selections to multiple-course dinner menus, and sample menus and food tastings can be obtained upon request.
