The 5-Star Grange Holborn Hotel is a sophisticated venue where you can hold business meetings, conferences and private events in London near Covent Garden. Conveniently located where the West End meets the City’s financial district, it is easily accessed from all over London.

Orion Suite

Located on the First Floor, the Orion suite is a versatile events space made up of 4 interconnected meeting rooms. When fully opened up, it has a capacity of 250 people – making it ideal for holding gala dinners or business meetings.

The Orion has fixed pillars, natural daylight and air-conditioning throughout. In-room AV facilities include built-in plasma screens, WIFI and ISDN connectivity. A portable stage and lectern are additionally available for presentations. For dinner dances, a band and DJ can be provided on request.

Optional wall partitions enable the Orion to be split into sections A, B, C and D for smaller events. Sections can be used individually or combined as required.

Disabled access to the Orion is offered via spacious lifts on the Ground Floor. Accessible bathrooms are also conveniently provided on the First Floor for delegates with limited mobility.

Refreshments and catering can be included for all events, or delegates can dine at the in-house Constellations or Koto restaurants. Mouth-watering food options range from informal buffet selections to multiple-course dinner menus, and sample menus and food tastings can be obtained upon request.

Orion/Perseus

The Orion suite may be used in conjunction with the adjoining Perseus suite, to create an L-shaped space with an increased capacity of 400.  First Floor syndicate suites are also available for use as break-out space during large conferences.

  • Dinner dances
  • Exhibitions

Perseus Suite

The Perseus suite is a versatile meeting room located on the First Floor. With natural daylight and a capacity of up to 100 people, it is perfectly suited to hold mid- to large conferences or receptions. It can be used as a single space, or split into sections A and B for smaller events.

The Perseus is ideal for holding:

  • Gala dinners
  • Business meetings
  • Dinner dances
  • Exhibitions

The Perseus is fully air-conditioned, with built-in plasma screens, WIFI and ISDN connectivity. A portable stage and lectern are additionally available for presentations. For dinner dances, a band and DJ can be provided on request.

For an increased capacity of up to 400 people, the Perseus may be used in conjunction with the adjoining Orion suite. This creates an attractive L-shaped space that is particularly suitable for gala dinners.  First Floor syndicate rooms are also available for use as break-out space during large conferences.

Disabled access to the Perseus is offered via spacious lifts on the Ground Floor. Accessible bathrooms are also conveniently provided on the First Floor for delegates with limited mobility.

Sky Bar

At penthouse level, the Sky Bar at Grange Holborn Hotel is an exclusive bar with rooftop terrace and conservatory.

Offering beautiful unobstructed views over London, the bar and conservatory have a combined capacity of 200.

Sky Bar are ideal for use as:

  • drinks receptions
  • product launches
  • summer events

The modern, all-glass bar area can accommodate additional tables and chairs, and serves a full range of beers, wines, spirits, and bar food.

In our West End Bar Restaurant, kitchen facilities and butler services are also available to provide catering if required.

Syndicate Suite

Syndicate rooms are converted bedrooms that can be used as additional meeting or events space.

Located on the First Floor, all syndicates are conveniently on the same level as the Orion and Perseus suites – making them ideal break-out areas for large conferences in these rooms.

Syndicate rooms are ideal for use as:

  • Break out space
  • Cloakrooms
  • Supplementary event space

Each syndicate room can comfortably hold up to 8 people in a boardroom set up. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and naturally lit. Portable screens and AV support can be provided upon request.

Disabled access to all syndicate rooms is offered via spacious lifts on the Ground Floor. Accessible bathrooms are also conveniently provided on the First Floor for delegates with limited mobility.

Tucana Suite

The Tucana suite is located opposite the Constellations restaurant on the First Floor. With a compact capacity of 30, it is ideally suited for interviews, workshop sessions or private dinners in Holborn.

  • Workshops
  • Private dinners

Fully air-conditioned, the Tucana also offers plenty of natural daylight with views along the full stretch of Southampton Row. The room is fitted with a portable flat-screen monitor, and additional AV support can be provided.

First Floor syndicate rooms are also available for use as break-out space during large conferences.
