The Grange City Hotel's Meeting Rooms

The Grange City Hotel is an impressive venue in the heart of London’s financial district, where you can hold business meetings, corporate functions and private events. We have 12 flexible meeting and events rooms in central London that are laid out over a dedicated floor, with our largest room offering a capacity of up to 600 people. Smaller meetings can be hosted in one of several syndicate rooms.

Informal events and summer functions can also be held in the outdoor Piazza, set against the last remaining section of London’s historical Roman Wall. Our luxurious Presidential Suite can additionally be set up for private meetings or dinners. All of our meeting rooms in central London are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment including flat-screen LED monitors, Wi-Fi and digital projectors. Many also offer natural daylight.

Auditorium

The Auditorium is an impressively sized banqueting suite located on the First Floor. Boasting a double-height ceiling and capacity of 600, it is an ideal venue for large dinner-dances, conferences or private parties. The room can be used as a single space, or split equally into the Lion and Bell suites.

Naturally lit and air-conditioned throughout, the Auditorium is fitted with a unique hydraulic stage that offers optional tiered seating in addition to all standard room set-ups. The room also leads out to a private terrace that overlooks the hotel Piazza and London’s Roman Wall. 

In-room AV facilities include WIFI connectivity, built-in digital projectors, three fixed projection screens, and modern coffer lights to add ambience to evening events. A PA system and full-range speakers offer superior quality sound and music playback.

Portable staging and an optional dance floor can also be arranged for dinner-dances. Full AV support is provided to event organisers during all events.

Beauchamp Suite

Located on the First Floor, the Beauchamp suite is a versatile meeting room that holds up to 100 people – making it an ideal venue for mid-sized business meetings or private dinners.

The Beauchamp can be used as a single space, or split equally into the Flint and Bowyer suites using optional wall partitions.

The Beauchamp is ideally suited to holding:

  • Workshops
  • Training days
  • Presentations
  • Annual General Meetings (AGMs)

Fully air-conditioned throughout, the Beauchamp is fitted with built-in LED plasma screen monitors and motorized screens that can be used for high-quality projections or presentations. Impressive floor-to-ceiling windows also provide plenty of natural light for all-day events.

Crown Suite

The Crown Suite is a flexible meeting room located on the First Floor, ideally suited for holding dinner-dances and drinks receptions. It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably holds up to 100 people.

The Crown is perfect for holding:

  • Drinks receptions
  • Dinner dances
  • Private dinners

A self-contained bar is located to the far end of the room, and an optional dance floor can be set up if required. In-room AV equipment includes motorised projection screens and ceiling-mounted projectors.

The Crown Suite also leads out onto a private terrace area that overlooks the hotel Piazza and London’s famous Roman Wall, providing a beautiful backdrop to all events.

Lion

Wakefield

Located on the First Floor, the Wakefield suite is a flexible meeting room that holds up to 100 people. It may be used alone, or split into the Martin, Constable, Develin and Devereaux suites for compact meetings or workshops.
A separate pre-function or reception area can be set up in the adjacent Gallery area.

Optional wall partitions may also be removed to combine both the Gallery and the Wakefield suite into a single space, which works particularly well for informal drinks receptions or exhibitions.
