Welcoming hotel. Rooms with all essential comfort. Difficult to find the real access to the hotel parking if you do not know the situation. Breakfast offers sufficient choice. At first time visit it is difficult to find what you are looking for: one needs to be used to the organization of the buffets (especially drinks).

Hotel perfectly situated. Staff fabulous, Bev on reception , Adrian and Layla in the resteraunt provide friendly, helpful, personalised service. They remember your requirements and see they are met without repeated asking.

Great stay - upgraded room - much appreciated as we had lots of bags - very warm and comfortable. Good breakfast - seemed improved on previous stays. All staff were welcoming, efficient and pleasant - Thank you

Grange Hotels never cease to amaze me! The staff are fantastic and bend over backwards for you! My majority is stats are at Bracknell and only issue with this hotel are the televisions! Need to get with the 2st century and invest in Morden televisions. But other than that I really enjoy my time at Bracknell.

The heating in my room did not work, but had a heater, so it was ok. Very good service in restaurant, very good staff and receptionists also very nice.

small improvemends for high quality of service

The bed was to small and I not even that tall (1.78m). Sleeping is the most important during a hotel use. I was in room 109 in Bracknell hotel. I had to sleep diagonal which is not that pleasant. and second there are way to many notes on doors and walls in every room, corridors, on doors. Give the customer a feeling they are stupid and don't no how thing work. like closing a door? why should there be a note on every door whit " please close door"

Air conditioner too loud, the fan blows right on the bed. Bad breakfast. Small lobby , old furniture. Not worth so much money.

Think staff should say about opening tab, when you ask to pay for breakfast when you book in, as first morning I did not take down my card, Asked restaurant staff could I pay the next morning but was told no, so had to go back to room to get card, when I came back down was then told I could open a tab with my card
