In commemoration of 350th anniversary of the Great Fire of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral will be ‘on fire’ with the creation of a magnificent light show, over the weekend of 2nd September.
The Sky Bar and Terrace at the Grange St. Paul’s Hotel offers an uninterrupted view of St. Paul’s Cathedral and will be open to the public on Saturday 3rd September for this exclusive event. The Champagne Bar will be open too so what better way to experience this historic occasion.
The enactment entitled, Fires Ancient by artist Martin Firrell, will see the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral lit up with a fiery projection that encompasses both the devastating impact that the Great Fire had along with the rise of the building in its current form, which grew from the ashes and is designed by Sir Christopher Wren.
The performance will commence at dusk and continue till 11pm. Our Sky Bar will be fully operational from 6pm as we provide you with front row seats to London’s iconic landmark, marking the 350th anniversary.
Entry will be from 6pm – 11pm on Saturday 3rd September 2016 only.
