Health Club and Spa

Grange Hotels have luxury health clubs and spas at each of their 5-Star hotels. If you are interested in working in a spa or fitness centre, there are a number of open vacancies at Grange Health Clubs and Ajala Spa, where you can progress your career.

    Health Club Managers manage the operational and financial performance of the hotel’s health club and/or spa. They are responsible for strategically addressing the development of their health club site, including (but not limited to) driving product sales and health club memberships.
    Spa therapists are trained to safely and efficiently administer the full range of health and beauty treatments offered by the health club or spa. These include facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and massages – including but not restricted to specialist hot stone and reflexology massages.
    Personal trainers are trained in exercise and nutrition, with an excellent understanding of holistic health. They are responsible for inducting all new health club members, providing advice on how to safely use exercise equipment and weights, and for designing innovative fitness training programmes for members whilst promoting an active lifestyle.
    Spa receptionists are responsible for delivering a consistently high level of customer service within their health clubs, efficiently managing day-to-day front of house operations such as booking appointments, and actively promoting the club's facilities.

Hotel Operations

Grange Hotels are an expanding private hotel chain, with 17 luxury 5-star and 4-star hotels in London. If you are interested in working in hotels or the hospitality industry, there are a number of open vacancies at all levels of our hotels where you can begin your career.

    Hotel receptionists are responsible for managing all front of house operations – including, but not restricted to checking in guests, answering guest queries, entering reservation details and answering calls to the hotel – while providing the highest levels of customer service at all times.
    Concierges are responsible for assisting hotel guests with their various requests during their stay at the hotel. Typical duties include assisting with luggage, making theatre or travel bookings and providing current travel information, while displaying good knowledge of the local area and actively promoting the hotel's facilities and services to guests wherever possible
    Porters are responsible for assisting with the general housekeeping and maintenance of the hotels. Duties include cleaning, lifting and moving items and general maintenance around the hotel.
    Chambermaids ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for the benefit of the hotel's guests. They are responsible for the full servicing of guests’ rooms and of all public areas within the hotel.

Meetings and Events

Grange Hotels are an expanding private hotel chain, with 17 luxury 5-star and 4-star hotels in London. If you are interested in managing or co-ordinating corporate events, there are a number of open vacancies at all levels of our hotels where you can progress your corporate events career.

    Conference and Events Managers oversee and manage all aspects of operations and administration relating to corporate events. Areas of responsibility include managing enquiries, negotiating with clients, overseeing bookings, managing client confirmations and contracts, organisation and execution of events, invoicing and payment, maximising event sales and encouraging repeat business.
    Events Coordinators support the Conference and Events Manager in overseeing events in the hotel and executing aspects of office administration and operations related to events. Duties include, but are not limited to, responding to event enquiries, converting initial enquiries into event booking and maximizing event sales and repeat business from past clients.
