Notice For Our Guests
We understand that for those travelling to or across the UK, the current weather has disrupted many people’s plans and travel. We wholly sympathise with the situation and understand the frustration this brings.
In the course of a year many guests are unable to take up their reservations for one reason or another and the majority of them have valid reasons why they are unable to travel, for example illness of a member of their family, cancelled flights, weather conditions etc. Many of these are beyond their immediate personal control. Unfortunately, we are unable to discriminate between one reason and another.
Grange Hotels apply the Company’s terms and conditions of booking and/or cancellation universally, without favouring nor discriminating between any individual or organisation. The rate applicable and agreed was related to and in consideration of the cancellation terms that were agreed at the time of booking/confirming the reservation.
The circumstances that gave rise to any cancellations may be insurable, through your travel, personal, household, credit card or other insurance policy and we respectfully recommend that you communicate with any valid insurers to verify that this is the case.
Third Party Bookings / Not Booked through Grange Hotels
Please note if you have booked through a third party, such as Expedia, and not directly through Grange Hotels, we would ask you please speak directly with the party in regards to cancellations and amendments to reservations.
