Available at the in-house Temple Bar, the new menu has been specially created to appeal to the healthy eating preferences of members at the luxurious St Paul’s Health and Fitness Club, together with business guests and local City workers seeking a convenient and economical breakfast offering.
Open from 06.30am to 11.00am Monday-Friday, the Temple Bar offers a varied range of take-away breakfast bites - including fresh fruits, whole-wheat bagels, croissants and assorted muffins – for a quick and healthy morning snack. There is also the option of choosing gluten-free bread for customers on restricted diets or with intolerance to gluten. For customers with more time, Temple Bar also serves a nutritious sit-down breakfast for just £8.00 per person. Healthy choices range from fresh bakery items including French baguettes and whole granary bread, to stewed fruits and assorted cereals complemented with a wide selection of dried fruits and nuts. Porridge and oatmeal are available upon request for members in need of a more filling start to their morning.
