The Grange Tower Bridge offers a thoughtful range of services, which assure our guests of the utmost convenience and comfort during their stay with us.

Accessible Services

We provide a number of accessible services for guests who have disabilities or impairments. Full details of available facilities are listed on our Accessibility page.

Business Centre

Our Business Centre on the First Floor contains a range of business facilities, including PC workstations and colour printers. Photocopying services can also be provided on request. 

Babysitting

Professional babysitting services can be arranged for our hotel guests upon request by contacting the Concierge desk. Please note that this service is chargeable via a certified babysitting agency and 24-hour prior notice is required. Services are subject to availability.

Concierge

The Concierge desk is open 24 hours to assist guests with any additional hotel, sightseeing or travel requirements they may have. Services rendered include luggage storage; tourist recommendations; bookings for theatre shows; provision of local maps and directions; public transport information and taxi hire.

Dry-cleaning and laundry services

A same-day laundry and dry cleaning service is available to all our hotel guests from Monday-Sunday, with the exclusion of Bank Holidays. Items handed in to Concierge before 08.45 will be returned to you after 20:00 the same evening.

A same-day ironing/pressing service is also offered from Monday to Sunday, with the exclusion of Bank Holidays.  Please note that items to be pressed should be left with Housekeeping before 09:00. Your guest bedroom is additionally equipped with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Environmentally friendly services

Newspapers

Daily newspapers are available for all guests with our compliments. Specific newspapers or publications can be provided upon request, for a separate charge. Please note that orders should be placed with Reception in advance.

Room Service

Room Service is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Our Room Service menu offers main meals as well as light bites and snacks, and can be found in your hotel bedroom.

Complimentary dental kits, shaving kits and sewing kits can be obtained upon request at Reception.
