I have taken on a new role in London a couple of months ago and have started using the grange St. Paul's as my hotel local to the office when I need to stay on buisness.
Hello and thanks for asking for feedback,

Generally my stay is a late check in and a early checkout but invariably I seem to have had varying ease of check in. I have been asked on most occasions as if it was my first visit. I think I have already stayed more than six or seven occasions and have held a mgt meeting on site with diner in the Japanese restaurant in the last couple of months.

I suppose overall I think that you don't have a process for recognising your repeat customers and valuing them. My last booking thisweek I was asked to fill in lots of forms again which I politely said I have stayed here before its late can you just sort this.
The team did but you should be able to streamline this I would have thought.

I hope this is contructive feedback, I am staying tomorrow evening and hope it's a quicker check in !

great location and generally great hotel

Rooms need to be cleaned earlier. On spending a day out we returned to hotel to get ready to go for dinner with friends only to find room not cleaned and person sent to clean appeared reluctant to do so and could not seem to understand what the issue was.

Some attention also needed in restaurant. Our order of pancakes seemed to be forgotten and when we asked where they were we were served hard, cold pancakes-clearly left lying around and not brought out-and my sisters were burnt. A 5 star hotel should not be serving such food-they should have made fresh when they realised they had been forgotten, Also my sister asked for another pot of coffee as the one brought was far too strong. the replacement was worse! She had to be content with some hot water to put in it instead
