PAYMENT

All rates exclude VAT (tax @ 17.5%) and service charges.

All Payments taken by credit card or cheque.

Credit card Payments can be made by Master Card, Visa/Visa Debit.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours by email, fax, phone, post.

We also accept payment by cheque; however the booking confirmation cannot be sent or initiated until the cheque has been cleared. Please send the cheque with your address and cheque card number on the back to: 'Globalgrange Ltd'. The address is 58, Rochester row, London SW1P 1JU.

You may also order by telephone, by calling Monday to Friday during normal office Stundes. Please have to hand the details of the services you wish to purchase and the method of payment.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Theatre Breaks: Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refund is available for the theatre breaks

CANCELLATION

Cancellation rules apply for all bookings. The following cancellation charges will be payable. Cancellation charges are not refundable or transferable in the event of the person(s) to whom they apply cancelling. The liability of Globalgrange Ltd in respect of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including implied Terms shall not extend any consequential loss whatsoever suffered by the client or their guests.
