Grange Hotels are an expanding private hotel chain, with 17 luxury 5-star and 4-star hotels in London. If you are interested in working in hotels or the hospitality industry, there are a number of open vacancies at all levels of our hotels where you can begin your career.
- Hotel receptionists are responsible for managing all front of house operations – including, but not restricted to checking in guests, answering guest queries, entering reservation details and answering calls to the hotel – while providing the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Concierges are responsible for assisting hotel guests with their various requests during their stay at the hotel. Typical duties include assisting with luggage, making theatre or travel bookings and providing current travel information, while displaying good knowledge of the local area and actively promoting the hotel's facilities and services to guests wherever possible.
- Porters are responsible for assisting with the general housekeeping and maintenance of the hotels. Duties include cleaning, lifting and moving items and general maintenance around the hotel.
- Chambermaids ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for the benefit of the hotel's guests. They are responsible for the full servicing of guests’ rooms and of all public areas within the hotel.
