Famous for his flamenco-based versions of Blood Wedding and Carmen, the work of the late Antonio Gades never fails to deliver ?drama of the highest order? (The Times) and ?gutsy authenticity? (Time Out). This year, his company perform his folk-dance-drama interpretation of Lope de Vega's play, Fuenteovejuna. Set in an Andalusian village, Fuenteovejuna is based on real events in the 15th century.
