London hotel breaks could be popular for families who enjoy watching Doctor Who together later this year.

On October 8th, 9th and 10th, Doctor Who Live will be coming to Wembley Arena for an event sure to be enjoyed by kids and parents alike.

Billed as The Monsters are Coming, attendees will be treated to the sight of various creatures from the television series' history coming to life live on stage.

Nigel Planer has been confirmed as the star of the show and will take on the role of the Doctor's biggest fan, Vorgenson.

"I'm incredibly excited to be joining Doctor Who Live and this role is something of a boyhood dream come true," commented Planer.
