The Royal Albert Hall is offering people staying at
hotels in London next month the chance to see some of the biggest names on the stand-up circuit while supporting a good cause.
On March 23rd, the venue will host a Comedy Night in aid of the charity featuring Jimmy Carr, Noel Fielding, Tommy Tiernan and Rhod Gilbert.
Carr will be a familiar face to viewers of comedy panel show 8 Out of 10 Cats, as well as series such as Would I Lie to You? and QI.
Fielding is the star of the acclaimed series The Mighty Boosh. He has also appeared in cult hits such as Nathan Barely, The IT Crowd and Garth Marenghi's Darkplace. In 2009, he replaced Bill Bailey as team captain on Never Mind the Buzzcocks.
Award-winning Irish stand-up Tiernan will be coming to the Royal Albert Hall following sell-out shows in Boston, Chicago and New York, as well as an appearance at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal.
Welsh stand-up Gilbert has headlined Live at the Apollo and appeared at The Royal Variety Performance, as well as guest hosting Never Mind the Buzzcocks.
Accommodation close to the Royal Albert Hall includes the Grange
Langham Court Hotel and the Grange Holborn Hotel.
